so me and my dumb self can't get the s4 bumper off. it is stuck on the side set plate i beleive. i converting it to an s5 front and wondering what are the easiest ways to get the front bumper off and install the new one..........any advice? thank you

 

Check FSM for removal. Once you get it off, you'll see which bolts to keep.

 

side set plate?

There's four bolts/nuts on each fender. Three access thru the fenderwell. One under the headlight.

There's about 5 in the front. And if you have the factory lip trim, then that also needs removal.

What else is there? That should be it.
