s4 block to s5

s4 block to s5

well,guys i have a blown 1987 t2...i just saved up about 2 grand...and im wondering how much is an s5 block ..im also wondering would it be ok to use (EVERYTHING) tranny clutch intake top/lower monifold and all the wirings basically using all the s4 things and put it in with the s5 block would everything fit....has anyone done it ..wht do i need and what do i not need.......would everything line up perfectly or do i have to buy some parts..... to do this...should i stick with the s4 or go with s5..i dont really want to get it ported because im not sure if if itg fit in my budget but yea any ideas would help thanks guys

look your best bet is just save up about 500 more and call dave at akitans and get a rebuilt with 3mm apex seals. if you went with a s5 you would have to get a tranny drive shaft and diff
