S-AFC Questions

I just removed all the emissions and put in an S-AFC. The car runs and idles but if you give it any gas the air flow percentages go down. The throttle reads 100% and the Air will read 1-2%. Any suggestions??

You can't rev past 4k. It just hesitates like crazy, and the throttle goes up but the air flow goes down.

Why would it read such a low air flow %?? Is there anything in the emissions removal process that would cause this???
