Question s-afc

im going to get one do i still need a fcd and when i first install it if i keep all the settings at the zero adjustment will i be fine until i can fine tune it? because i dont need the fcd yet my boost is still under 8. so that means it will run like it doesn't have the safc right? thxs

the FCD and AFC have nothing to do with each other. the AFC does not bypass the fuel cut. if you leave all the settings of the AFC at 0 it will be like the AFC is not installed.
