Computers work, not every one has one.
Microwaves work, not every one has one.
Should I continue?
I have my doubts about this unit as well, but your reason for discounting its validity is lacking in rationality. I want to see data from an independent source before deciding whether I don't want it because it doesn't work, or because I want a real T-S S-C
i doubt it can flow enough air to create any measurable amount of boost. Maybe on something that moved less air like a 1.5 liter or the honda engines. Just my thought. In theory it's sound. I wonder how many amps that electric motor would draw?
"It will never work."
I've said it before, I'll say it now, and I'm pretty damn sure I'll say it again: That which seems impossible mearly requires greater effort and creative thought.
It will not make a noticeable difference on our cars. The concept is sound. The difficulty is in the electrical efficiency. Moving enough air to create useable boost without drawing so much current you lug down the engine.

That's correct. It is impossible to say how much air flow will be added without knowing how much air flow your adding to. If a fan rated for 105cfm is placed inline with an engine that draws 110cfm, you are adding a restriction, not a boost.
you guess want a deal. Dont laugh. I bought a brand new tractor turbo from a local john dear dealership. I purchase oil lines and such off of a auction on ebay. There is literally no difference between a tractor and a car turbo. Obviously tractor turbos come in different sizes and you wouldnt wanna buy the biggest one. I have to create some flanges and such. I go to college and have molders in my classes. I hope to have it on my thanksgiving.

electric superchargers....
FIRST, you need to know the total cfm this unit would deliver to determine if it would ADD 105 cfm. If your car sucked in 500 cfm and this unit flowed 650 wide open, it would add 150, BUT only if it could also flow this amount with backpressure. In other words it would have to be capable of pressurizing the air,,,BOOST! I doubt this little electric wonder could make the RPM's necessary for a centrifugal compressor to work at that flow rate AND pressure. Not at that price anyway....and just how much current does it pull?
Might be a cool riding lawnmower upgrade though.

someone send me one and I'll see if it works on a goped.
that's the only thing I would attempt to use it on. The restriction this device may cause might outweigh it's advantage, but who knows.

Not the only rational one, the only one who strives for complete rationality, perhaps. Definately the only one completely accurate and precise one. It is good to doubt this product, the reasoning behind the doubt, however, is flawed.
