RX7 - bright lights stock?

It seems that I **** off alot of drivers when I drive behind them. My lights pretty much bright up the whole inside of the person's car infront of me. Did our cars come this bright stock?

shouldn't be the case ... unless they are towing a boat or have dead bodies in the trunk.. HID lights should'nt be in your eyes from behind. my other cars an s2000.. its not blinding.. people who retrofit into non-HID/xenon cars blind other people.... hids are xenon lamps btw

Yeah I've already searched, only found about two threads.

Ok, I went and took a quick snapshot on the missing screw and the stripped screw of the driver's side headlight.

LEFT SIDE (Which is missing)

BOTTOM (Is stripped and won't budge)

Please don't flame me for getting these wrong

use a dremel ( or a rattail file) to cut a slot down the middle of the head. than get a flathead screwdriver and turn the screw out of the hole. pretty easy, with the right tools.

If you can get a good look at the plastic nut, most parts stores will have replacement nut & screw kits in the miscellaneous body parts section.

romove the screw with alot of lubricant, PB Blaster, liquid wrench, kroil etc. and then use a dremel type rotary tool to cut a slot completeley across the screw head and use the largest flat blade driver you can fit.

hope this helps,
Ryosuke
