MD RX-7 FC Cusco Coilovers HELP!!

Just picked up a set of used Cusco coilovers,Never owned a pair of coilovers before until now and iv owned several FC Cars usualey just went with the basic shock and spring setup,My question is what would be a good ride hieght for these, meaning what should i start out at thread wise? I liked that Low look that is one reason i went with the coilover setup, but having 18inch wheels im scrared to start to low right now the front is cranked all the way down and the rear is cranked 1 inch up this is how i recieved them, didnt no if i were to leave it like this when i lower it down off the jack stands would it damage my fenders or not any advice would be helpful! Here are some pics of the stup!

My Tein Flex's were set with tops of fenders ~27" off the ground. Fronts measured 15-1/2" from top of the camber plate to the top mounting bolt. Rears were 20-1/2" from the top mounting plate to the lower mounting bolt. If you're really worried, just start high and work your way down. They are adjustable while installed on the car for a reason.
