Question Rx-7 convertible turbo ???

Its very hard to find solid information on swaps for the convertible. Any suggestions would be great. Here are the questions?

The convertible frame is beefer. I plan to use a T04B and I heard the S4/S5 stock turbo will rub against the frame. Has any one had problems getting the turbo to fit in engine bay?

The TII transmission I heard will not mount using the TII tranny mounts. Do u have to make a custom mount or is does some one make these mounts.

Are the FC3C springs the same as the FC3S.

Last and not least. With the add power.....should I add a beefer sway bar and TII springs and shocks to the rear end.

Thanks

Don't know about the frame thing as the stock turbo fits fine.

T2 tranny mounts mounted fine for me, but I have an early 88 model year 'vert and don't know if it is the same for all years.

The stock springs are not the same between coupe and 'vert models, but generally interchangeable with T2 springs.

The stock stabilzer bars are the same for the the S4 'vert as the S4 heavy duty suspension found on the S4 GTU, T2 and Sport models.

You have to remember that everywhere else in the world other than North America, the 'vert came as a Turbo. The suspension was the same however, weither it was a turbo vert or N/A 'vert.

And frankly the only changes that I would consider would be shocks, because the stock ones were typically worn out by 60K miles anyway.
