rusted trunk/license plate lip - thoughts b4 I rip into it?
The lip above the license plate is rusted out. I'm planning to dissasmble the rear to replace it but was wondering if I need to weld on a replacement or is this a bolt on.
Funny the car came from an ocean town, but the only part rusted is this
