rusted rotor screws

I'm changing the right rear rotor on my car because the old one is bad. But I'll be damned if I can get the old one off. Those two screws that help secure it to the hub are rusted on real tight. This shows of the lack of maintenance I am experiencing from the previous owner. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Get some of those screw removers, little spike things made of hardened steel that you bang into them and then twist to pop em loose, thats what I had to do.

Also, go to autozone and get some PB Blaster. This stuff can save worlds if you let it, it is the >ONLY< thing that I stand by when dealing with underbody rusted bolts and nuts. It is by far the best at eating out rust and saving back breaking work for yourself. Just spray it on and let it sit for 15-30 min. depending on how much rust you have, if you need, spray again, and let it do its work. I am sure some people in here will agree with me.

Also, the screw removers MidnightOwl talks about are called E-Z Outs, and are about $5 at Ace hardware. Work good, too, for philips head screws that are old and you just strip them to hell.
