Angry Rusted parts removal

I was working on getting the suspension upgraded and I came across a cracked strut, I got down to the lower bolt next to the wheel knuckle,
and it wont budge, it seems like it has seized, but the one above it seems to come off real loose without a hitch, these are the oem for definitely.

I didnt have a hammer on me at the time, but i had a prybar, didn't do much, the crack goes down pretty deep on both front strut/shock assemblies.
Only dealt with this one for 3 hours today. Sprayed some penetrating wd-40 and hoping to come at it again tomorrow morning.

Any suggestions is much appreciated. I've considered removing the whole wheel hub minus the caliper and finding a way to get it off and clean the knuckle real good. That might be the way to go.

Advice:
1. Use something better than WD-40 for penetration, Kroil or PB Blaster.
2. Use an impact gun.
3. Use a torch to thermally shock the seizure.

Unfortunately I'm going to guess you're doing this by hand right now...if that's the case, try a cheater bar/breaker bar.

Even a cheap bottle propane torch will get you a long way. I prefer MAP though.

you're lucky to be alive.

get yourself some pb blaster, a map torch, a 5lb sledge and drift and take out some aggressions.

might be a better idea to just remove the strut and knuckle completely so you can get some full whacks at it.

Pore the lube to it and put a Impact on the BOLT..at the same time with the NUT ON tap the nut so the threads of the bolt aid in making the bolt come out.

And it's amazing that someone would actually trust their life and OTHERS to a Damn hose clamp.

Used PB and a cheater bar, didnt try and torch. but it eventually broke off completely after thrashing it with a prybar and hammer. only 1hr of work after pb

Thanks for the tips!!
