a rusted looking spark plug

So my engine flooded and I couldn't get it to drain by pressing the pedal down with the egi fuse pulled, so we removed the spark plugs. The two from the back rotor (clostest to the windsheild) were fine and the top one from the front rotor was fine. BUT! The botton plug from the front rotor was covered in what looked like rust. It was brown andcrispy looking. Ill post a pic of it when I can, I'm posting via my blackberry while at work.
I was wondering what could have caused this. And if it is coolant/water leaking into my engine, where should I be looking to fix the leak.
Its a 90 N/A vert.

It could have been a tan/brownish deposit as a result of normal running conditions, that was then wet by the excess fuel in the chamber and looked like rust.

Or it could have been rust from sitting overnight with coolant on it, as a result of a coolant seal.

Odds are it was number 1, especially if you are not losing any coolant from the system.

if the plugs look wet. u either have fuel water or atf sit inside the engine.... if you cant get the car running check the apex seals they may also be stuck.

clean the plug off with a wire brush to determine if it really is rust or not, if there is water getting into that rotor housing then plug will have some pitting in the metal face from the rust.
