Hey guys
I started going over the body on my 87 t2 and noticed relatively light rust in the most common of areas , with small holes in the quarter above the tires. My biggest problem is the rockers need to go as well as part of the monique below the ecu . Im not sure where to find these parts that i need such as inner/outer rockers , also the panel the pass. fender bolts to .

I was thinking I probably will have to fab these up because I kinda wanted to build the outers differently . Maybe incorperate some skirts , not typical ones though .

I will post pics of the monique parts before i start removing , I dont wanna screw myself over lol.

Find a parts car, and weld in patch panels. Be prepared for dozens of hours of work if its bad.

Check out my thread, I had the worst rockers I have ever seen on a FC(rockers were non-existent in the rear!)
