Pretty much just got my car running and i noticed when I went to go add some oil that there was rust in there just around the cap and it goes prolly and inch and 1/2 down...a few lil bubbles of rust and it looks like it might flake soon...i tried doing a search but just kept getting stuff about body rust and radiator rust. How worried should I be and what can I do about it?

 

What color is the oil black or coffee?

 

Oil's clean. Just rust about 2 inches of rust under the cap leading down that pipe thingy...
