Running without O2 sensor

I'm running stock N370 ECU (running 10-12 psi), I have a wideband and SAFC Neo to tune my AFRs. and I was wondering if there are any drawbacks to disconecting my stock narrowband O2 so I can have more controll over the AFRs. Is there something I should be aware of?

I run with no oxygen sensor.. the computer will cause u to run richer with the O2 not plugged in but if u have a wideband and a neo u can tune that back down..

Is fuel the only thing the ECU controls based on the O2 reading?
