Lightbulb running stupid rich....hydrocarbons....broken studs for fuel pump

Heh so I ran a line from the air pump straight to the cat. I obviously put back on the stock pre cat as well. I passed everything really really well...except hydrocarbons. If you look in my sig you'll notice the walbro255 fuel pump. I'm pretty sure I'm running retarded rich at anything outside of full boost. I thought I could get away with it for emissions...apparently not. The accepted level is 174, mine was 605. So I think putting back in the stock fuel pump I should be alright....well I go to put the stock fuel pump in tonight and I broke a stud. Damn. It is the stud where the voltage for the fuel pump connects to the bracket. Unfortunately it's not a simple single stud. It looks like a small circle with a stud in the middle. Where in the world can I order a replacement for this, and how hard is it going to be to change? Any comments on my hydrocarbon level is appreciated as well.

I broke a stud like you. Easiest way to fix is find on off any 2nd gen in the junk yard.

I think the airpumping system works differently than you think. Theres two places where air gets pushed into the exhaust. One is at the block and another is at the main cat.

You can try leaning the mixture out but you may fail on other things.

Try doing a tune up.

well I have the ACV in the garage if everything fails I guess I can put it back on

How would leaning out the mixture effect my other emissions? I can scan my emissions results I guess, but seriously I did really awesome in everything but 3x the limit for hydrocarbons. Ah well I'll see what happens when I get the stocker fuel pump back on.
