Running Rich?

Ok,

I believe my O2 sensor is fucked up. Would this cause my car to run rich cause I am quite sure it is runnin rich. It also has a lumpy idle so could the 02 being screwed with the TPS being off cause the car to run rich? Any other ideas would be welcome as well thanks for the help.

Rich at idle, or rich while cruising?

The O2 sensor is not used during idle, only at steady cruise.

If the TPS is not adjusted correctly, you may have bad idle or may run too rich.

At idle. And sometimes during the beginning of a drive. And for some reason my dumb *** check engine light goes on after my car gets to optimal running temperature. Umm I guess I need a whole lot of answers so any would be good.
