running p/s on jspec engine

running p/s on jspec engine

i have a question, will have to get a US UIM to run p/s because the beeping is very anoying, and i know i will have to get IAC and the other thing to go with it, but right now i have no p/s and im running the j-spec interoolcer which doesnt have those hoses coming off it like the US so what do i have to do?>

I ran P/S on my jspec without any problems. no beeping or anything else.

The beeping indicates a probelm with the power steering control system. The ASV that increases idle speed has nothing do do with that, so your probelm is elsewhere.

Do you have an ASV on the back of the UIM?

i dont have anything on the back of my UIM, i have 2 plugs for my harness that are unpluged that run to the back of the UIM

I'm running a Jspec engine no problem. I kept the stock side rack in my car and swappped the engines. I still have the BAC but that's it. Car run's fine.
