i am so excited i got my JDM engine in my car that has been sittitng for a year and a half with no motor. i had it run for about 5 seconds.( had no coolant in it don't have a belt just yet) i don't have all the vacume lines hooked up right now, there is just a downpipe but i had to here it run. i am sad that the drive shaft that i picked up was a auto driveshaft that i picked up from a friend. the guy who sold him a engine also gave him that driveshaft. i also want to use these thread as a "what is these" thread but i am to tired to post question tonight.

no it is red, the darker metallic. i am putting on a carbon fiber hood. i got her to idle finally, but she is not 100%. i am running a RB 2.5 downpipe with a thurst weld muffler for exhuast. the lowest idle i got was a little over 1k. even so it is a little lumpy. i hooked up my boost gauge and saw the vaccum at 10 to 12 (inHG?). now i am taking it back apart to look for open vaccum nipples and printing off the diagram i got for the emissions removal i did.
