Rounded bolt

I was trying to remove my power steering and managed to round off 2 of the 3 bolts behind the pulley, any suggestion to how I can get these off, I tried vice grips already.

Can I still take out the pump with leaving the bolts on there ?

Most of the time you can use vice grips around the bolt and twist it off. Thats what i usually do when i strip bolts.
