Rough vibration above 5k rpms

When I push my car above 5k rpm's I get a rough vibration from the transmission. It doesn't make the whole car shake, just right above the transmission. It doesn't do it at idle tho.

It makes the entire center console vibrate.

Any ideas on what this could be? Also noticed it's a little hard to get into 1st and 4th gear sometimes. Nothing major, but still a pain non the less.

TIA

Low or old fluid.
Bad U or CV joints.
Broken engine/transmission or rearends mounts.

Questionable release/throughout bearing

Shifter bushings/bleeding the clutch should help the shifter feel.
