Rough 1st few seconds

This is really minor, the car overall runs extremely well, just curious as to why, when first starting, it runs quite rough, as if a plug or two isn't firing. After about 10 seconds, all is well. Got new plugs, wires, have decarboned the engine (amsoil power foam), fresh oil.
It's an 88 vert, BTW, it has done this since I got it.

Any ideas?

Plugs are dead cold and misfiring for a sec? Mine does that too.

Maybe it's normal, but my GSL-SE doesn't do that.
No biggie.
