Rotory pack install location or Pivot RHU-M wiring diagram?

The Pivot RHU-M headlight controller, the one that allows you to pop up your headlights partially in different percentages of fully open to allow cool air into the engine (mostly for looks though). I got it new but am missing the instructions.
