rotor differences in same series engines?

Ive noticed that my front rotor and my rear rotors are a bit different. The front rotor has one machined out circle on 2 apexes while the rear one has 1 big circle and 2 smaller ones on 2 apexes. Can someone explain why this is so?

Those are factory balance "bores".
The rotors are milled to balance tolerances.
