Anyone have any experience with this kit? It is VERY well priced, and seems to come with everything for a "refresh" of the motor. Just wondering how the quality of their products are, how the seals hold up, etc. etc. This would just be rebuilding a stock S4 turbo motor for 10-12 pounds of boost, nothing crazy.

 

I've heard not to use those apex seals because they scratch up the housings, but that's all I've heard..... search it.

Well, how about the Atkins 2 rotor seal kit and the RA o-ring kit?

That still comes out to $660 or so, very reasonable for me. I know a lot of builders use Atkins seals, including Rotary Resurrection, and I have only read good about them, and I haven't head of any catastrophic failures with RA o-rings.

 

Are you talking RA water o-rings? or oil? There ARE reports of water jacket o-ring failures.
