Rims for our cars/ pics!

How did everyone chose what kind of rims they wanted? I'm in that position where i want new rims! How did you chose? Do you have any pictures of your cars rims? Or photos with your rims? I'm in a knot right now, i'm on a big long break at work, and have nothing else better to do, Thanks alot guys!

i pondered that myself. what if you buy wheels, get them installed, and you dont liek how they look? you get a big one from behind? or can you see a picture or simulation at some places.

The larger chains here in Tucson have this computer, where you can input your car make, and color, then put rims on it and see what it looks like. Its pretty sweet.

Yeah, it has an ugly *** rx7, thats white, and the rim selection is gay at tirerack, i guess the other option is photochopping. Any other ideas? any pictures out there?

Choose wisely. I did a little bit of photo chopping first, but my decision was based on other pics online for size (17") and what I wanted for style. I wanted something that didnt suck.

You should do a search. There are a few posts where people posted pictures of their wheels.

Edit:
Here's a little help.

www.tires.com has a thing like tirerack, but you can chose any color for the car, and tons of different wheels.

I don't think the site is working right now though

They are 215/45's. At least I didn't get 185/10 aka pizza cutters like the 'you know what' drivers.

Turbo II FC, I have those exact rims in 17x7.5 and 17x8.5 on a red S5 T2. When I saw that photo, I though someone took a candid of my car while I was at a pressure wash. Then I noticed the exhaust and the S4 items. Pretty funny. I love those rims, especially without the centercaps. The rims are on my black FC for the avitar.

these came on my car when I got it, they look worlds better than stock, while still staying small and conservative. Looks good with no body kit, just good for mild looks upgrade.

these are OZ Superlegarra's 17x 8 and 17x9 w/ 255-40's and 225x40 P-zero's....There nice and light.....15lbs or something like that.....

Wider wheels TII's are getting harder to come by unless you spend some serious cash.

Badass. They are 17x7.5 in the front and 17x8.5 in the rear. The tires are Yokohama AVS Sport.
