am i stupid?

I just thought of something, i bought a set of 5x114.3 rims, with a +40 offset, that were on a newest model honda prelude before. Will they fit my FC?????

I never even thought about the centre bore

They are aftermarket volks if it matters.

stock prelude rims fit.

they are volk rims... 17x7.5

As rim itself will be @ 1/4" closer to the strut, it may be difficult to fit any tire of significant width without hitting. A spacer may be needed.

1/4 inch spacers should be ok with the stock lugs but that is the max you should use. if they were a good buy then take it and see if it fits...if not you may just need spacers. check out www.optionsautosalon.com they have a bunch of good spacers that come with new lugs from eibach, H&R etc...if it doesn't list them for your car then just go with something else that fits like the prelude hehe
