I dont understand the riceyness of this one granted the bling bling rims and painted tailights are not what i would have put on the car. I just dont think that a bombex kit that was painted like crap qualifies for rice. If it got a repaint and swap out the tails it would be a tight looking car. Sorry thats just my opinion.

I think you guys miss the point of modding a car. It is to make you(the owner) happy. Not to satisfy the Rx7 Forum. I own a speedshp and hear young kids get there feelings hurt all the time, and the ******* "I am better than you" types make want to....gggggrrrrrrrrr!

Funny thing is (3rd rant in a row) most of the guys who talk **** have 98% stock FC's! 5 years on this forum have taught me that. One guy calls him(topic car) a ricer then has Folia tec(ultra crap rice) in his sig, and also implies in his sig that his Folia Tec'd NA is faster than Mustangs! Ever heard of the pot calling the Kettle black? Do a search with my user name and youll see that I never ever in the past many years posted any negative threads, FC owners like you all give this forum a bad name. There... be mad at me!

I don't think we indicated any "I'm better than you" type of deal. ALl we're saying is, that's just wrong to do that to a rx-7. Perferbly any car. Atleast use better taste in body kits.

And yes, my mother DID teach me the whole "if you dont have anything nice to say..." thing, but she also told me years ago to stop buying RX7's! Im sure you never disobeyed your mother. That is unless she told you NOT to mold integra tail lights onto an RX7!

Everyone is entitled to their opinion, and they like different stuff, but to me, that Bomex kit is just plain UGLY!!!!
The front end doesn't flow with the lines of the car, especially without the FTP lenses, and the back end looks worse than a supra...totally out of place on the FC.

Okay, so this guy "modded" his car to make himself happy right? Well, why would he be showing it off on the internet unless he wanted others to see it? Obviously he wants to impress other people, not just himself. So he's basically asking people to judge him. And should some people judge him negatively, well, that's just the way it goes sometimes.
Covering up tail lights or adding "bling-blinging" rims doesn't enhance driving, it only increases the attention the car draws, be it good or bad.

The body kit could look alright painted to match and with the stock spoiler. As it is, it looks bloated.
