Rewiring N/A fuel pump

I've been researching and found that all i need to do to rewire the fuel pump is just running a 12 gauge wire and relay to the back and have the old power for the fuel pump engage the relay? I know very little about electronics, so i was wondering if anyone knew of a n/a writeup or could explain this in more detail. Thanks

Same wiring, different pump. Don't see why it'd be different.

I would assume it's the same as the TII write-up. The pumps hook up exactly the same.

^The TII writeup is similar but different because the voltage drops to 9V at idle on the turbo's and changes when gas is applied. The NA's run at a constant voltage.

You should still use the same writeup.

S5 N/A's have the same 2 speed fuel pump as the S4/S5 turbo's.

For S4 purposes (if someone searches for this):
