revolution intake

why do some performance intake (revolution is an example) have a huge canister? does this give you better throttle responce because there is more air on tap?

I suppose so. I have a Weapon R, and it is HUGE.

its a gimic (IMO) Though the AC Autotech Carbon Fiber ones sure do look nice! I dont know why they arent more popular with all my Honda customers.

ok thanks...but i was thinking of how easy it would be make a bigger intake pipe from the mass airflow sensor to the manifold. All you would need would be simple plumbing from home depot.
