resoldered cpu twice!!still problems..now what?

before resoldering cpu i got some functions sparatically(beeps). after first resolder i plugged in the cpu put in the keyy and everything was good(beeps and warningsworked) then started car to make sure everything was good. turned off ignition...removed key...inserted key...no more beeps. resoldered for the second time. still no beeps, with the exception of a sparatic beep and warning here and there.

any other options or do i need a new cpu?

i did solid solder on the damn thing twice!!!

please help me resolve this.

its an FC01 cpu with 2 boards inside.

I WANT BEEPS lol

thx

FC01????

Don't you mean FB01???

The FC came with the FB01 or FB05 CPUs.

If the beep is the only thing not working, or intermittently working, replace the buzzer. It is on the large PCB with the 20 or 17 (I don't remember the number of pins exactly right this second) pin plug. The buzzer should have been resoldered when you did the board. It is the tall black thing on the board.
