Replacing Transmition

Im trying to purchase a 2nd Gen RX7 preferably a 90-91, and I have a few questions

#1 Whats a good price to pay?

#2 Im new to MT so how much would it be to rebuild the transmition, and so this doesnt happen any tips to a new MT driver?

#3 I heard maintanence is a lot, how much on average do you spend yearly on Maintanence for your RX7

1.As little as possible for the best car possible.

2. Mt rebuilds range from 450-1100 Dollars, depending on who does it and what they do.

3. Maintenance is no worse than any other car, Other boingers will tolerate low maintenace, The RX7 will not.
