Replacing transmission seals

How hard is it to replace the transmission seals in my FC? IF it isnt too hard, can anyone give me directions on how to do it?

If it is too hard.....how much should i expect to pay for it?

The front seal, you have to remove the input shaft, it is a thin gasket. The rear seal is a larger, thick o-ring round type on the front and rear of the engine and axle seals. Neither are a biggie.

First, are you SURE it is transmission oil and not engine oil? And are you sure it isnt your clutch fluid?

There is the rear main seal on the back of the engine that could leak.

The only thing I would be concerned with is running the tranny out of oil or the oil splashing on to the clutch disk. If that happens....your clutch won't work to well.

Auto

Its an automatic............and yes its transmission fluid and not oil. Totally different color and viscosity. Added some this morning and drove it to work and it shifted fine. Think i need to just have the seals replaced.
