Replacing power window motor

I've went through the service manual and tested my switches and everything trying to find out why my driver side window isn't working. The passenger side window works and all my fuses are alright. I tested the switches and all of them seemed to be fine. Can anybody point me in the direction to find out how to take out and replace the motor?

I'd test the motor first:
Pull the door panel.
Unplug the motor connector.
Apply 12 v. directly to the motor connector.

Does it do anything at all when you push the switch? that almost seems like a wiring prob... and did this just happen out of the blue or what?
