You can make a gasket yourself. That is what I do. Saves alot of time (waiting for shipping) and money. You can buy the gasket material in a roll. When you have the intake off put a piece of the gasket material on the surface. Keep it in one place and tap the edges with a small hammer to mark the size of the gasket, then cut it out with a exacto knife.

or

you can use RTV, quick, cheap, effective, easy once you get the hang of the sticky stuff.

in that case, if you don't mind spending more money on a factory gasket it is nice that mazdatrix is right there.

the only gasket you need is the upper to lower intake manifold gasket.

I bought new intake gaskets for my PD project & didn't even have to use 'em...old ones were still in great shape even after 175,000 miles. just a little RTV-you don't want to partially plug any passages when it all gets "squished" down. no leaks...
