replacing PD
You can make a gasket yourself. That is what I do. Saves alot of time (waiting for shipping) and money. You can buy the gasket material in a roll. When you have the intake off put a piece of the gasket material on the surface. Keep it in one place and tap the edges with a small hammer to mark the size of the gasket, then cut it out with a exacto knife.
or
you can use RTV, quick, cheap, effective, easy once you get the hang of the sticky stuff.

I bought new intake gaskets for my PD project & didn't even have to use 'em...old ones were still in great shape even after 175,000 miles. just a little RTV-you don't want to partially plug any passages when it all gets "squished" down. no leaks...
