Removing Twin scroll arm

Any ideas on what to use? We've been using a drill bit on the pivoting arm and it doesnt seem to be working.

Place fingers around the twin scroll inside of the manifold. Pull real hard.

What do you use to remove the pivoting arm on the outside?

Big hammer. Seriously. Just pound downwards on it a few times and it will snap right off.
