removing emissions

Well, i live in northern BC, Canada. Living here we dont need to be aircared or anything like that, so im looking to remove my bee hive. But, i wanted to know what all i can remove? Im looking into getting a racing beat true dual exhaust so would i need to keep the airpump intact so that i can run my auxiliry ports off that?
