Ok I removed all the emissions and when I did I removed the hose that comes off the oil filler neck, so there is an open outlet there...How should I go about plugging that? Or should I plug it? What should I do with it?

I just left mine off.

Take the lower one and run it to a breather or a catch can.

yeah, that's it- the purge valve takes the fuel vapors from the gas tank & charcoal canister & sends 'em to the intake air, if ya take it off you still got to do something w/ the fuel/ vapors...

Go to Jegs or Summitracing and do a search for Oil Catch Can. The line from the oil filler tube will spout out oil occasionally, when crank case pressure builts up enough. The oil and vapors used to be routed to the intake. Now you have to find somewhere else for it to go.

Click here for a write up on how you can make your own and save some $$.

you can just route it up to a vac nipple on the intake manifold. that way you wont get the cursed white crust.

What white crust.

And what if the car was turbo. Any negative effects when the motor comes into boost?

Read the write-up I linked to. It had directions for how to do this on a turbo car and prevent the boost from pressurizing the crank case.
