I removed the ac system in my car and there is a hose that goes through the firewall with coolant then back out and into the engine bay again. Do i need to know connect both holes with one hose or wut?

Are you talking about the fittings for the evaporator coils sticking out of the firewall on the right side? Or the heater hoses for the coolant system?

Keep those if you still want to keep the heater working. I would keep it (if you ever do a track event on a small-ish track, water temps will rise, and it helps a little to turn on your heater to pull some of that hot coolant off the engine).

If you don't want to keep them, either plug up the fitting at the lower radiator outlet and the outlet at the rear iron, or route the coolant from the fitting at the lower radiator outlet TO the outlet at the rear iron.
