http://www.ltbmotorsports.com/ get genuine momo stuff and you'll be ok.

You can cheap out and end up with the wheel in your hand in the middle of a turn if you want.

Just don't buy a copy of the NRG... those 40-dollar eBay specials come pre-rusted and get play in them after about a week.

I ordered from the NRG itself. I will post pics of the components tomorrow. I'm thinking about ordering their version of the momo comando which is about 100 dollars cheaper.

Don't, the NRG/Rapidfix style spacer is an almost perfect thickness for getting the wheel in the proper location (it's WAY too far away stock).

+1 for NRG quick release, lots of track time and no play. mated to a momo collapsable hub and momo competition wheel

So anytime you guys drive anywhere, you end up walking around and carrying a steering wheel huh?

That's cool.

Nope, it's not at all.

I got a bag where i put it in. I don't leave the wheel inside the car just in case. I also got a hub lock. I'll make sure i post the pictures. It makes it a lot easier to get in, but a little harder to get out the car... Since i don't use the steering wheel to help me out....

You meant to say that you have problems or that you don't have any problems?

Right, so you walk around carrying a steering wheel.

Am I the only one who is failing to see the point of this, aside from the sheer ricer factor? I guess I can understand it being easier to get in and out of the car, but lose some weight for Christ's sake. I've never had problems getting in and out of a car before.

As far as using it to help you out of the car, well

Well i don't mean it like in those threads... But i got alarm on my car as well as a brake lock.... And i always lock the steering wheel so the front wheels are facing towards the curb... I could only make it difficult to get stolen not impossible... but i can try...

No, my car had a fuel cut switch. That way I didn't have to walk around with a steering wheel in my hand all day.

I did have to shave off a little from the plastic cover so the hub could fit, but it looks great and it works great.
