i have an 87 n/a and i was gonna get an alarm for it and my cousin is a mechanic and he has an extra remote starter with and alarm etc... anyway he is willing to put it in for me... my question is my car is maunal and i have to byass the clutch so the ecu thinks the clutch is engaged... anyway would anyone be able to tell me where i have to bypass it? or would anybody have a write up for it? any information would be helpful... Also is someone has a remote starter and a scanner would be willing to send me the instructions... Thanks

 

There are plenty of write ups. Do a search for "remote start".

And DO NOT BYPASS the clutch safety switch.
