Relief Silencer

what is the purpouse of the relief silencer thats located near the frond left fender (if your facing the car) is it removable?

It prevents the "moo" fart sound when the ACV cluster bypasses the air injection into the catalytic from the air pump.

hahaha o i wont remove that then will i lol!!
i want to replace the hose to clean up the engine bay. Do you know of a flexible hose that wont kink when you bend it to a 90 degree angle or something i could use to bend hose?

The only reason I removed mine is because I don't have an air pump, cat or ACV valve.
