Arrow Relays behind passenger headlight.

WHat are the 2 relays behing the passenger headlight? It seems my fake K&N filter (came with the car) was rubbing against some wires and an unused a/c line that sit below it. Well not onyl was the filter torn open but the wire screen of the filter shredded some wires and almost halved the ac line.

The wires are attached to 2 small relays right behind the headlight next tot he low impediance resistor box. I check haynes and searched but could find an answer, atleast none i could understand.

In spite of common folk lore, the early RX-7 had headlight retractor relays. I believe that is what your seeing.

I made a post on these relays in the past and gave part numbers, locations wire colors etc. It's out the somewhere.

EDIT: Here is a thread out of the recent past with a picute of one and a lot of blather.. https://www.rx7club.com/forum/showth...adlight+relays

I dont think they are headlight relays since the wires are shredder to **** and my headlights still work perfectly fine.

Well then read the FSM. It's free and online.

If you want to know what a plug does in life you have to give the wire colors, the number of wires and the exact location.

On 86 non turbo there is a Air Bypass Solenoid Relay there. It has four sockets/wires. One Black, one Black/White, one Black/Yellow and a Red/Yellow.
