Unhappy Regrounded Trailing&Leading Coil, now running rich?

I put better ground leads on my trailing and leading coils as explained in the archive. now it feels like its running smoother, but it's registering as running rich. before the bar would jump around between stoich and lean. whats the deal?

Now you have better connections and the A/F is more accurate. Mine didn't work at all till I redid the grounds, now it works perfectly.

A/F gagues aren't perfectly accurate, especially when they are connected to a narrowband O2 sensor.

ahh.. i think you missed the point. The regrounding didn't affect the richness of the exuast, only the accuracy of the afr gauge. Meaning now that it has a better ground (or rather its dependencies do) it can read more accruately. I couldn't really say that a narrowband o2 sensor could read very accurately on its own. It basicay says lean stoich or rich, and nothing inbetween.

If you want accurate readings, get a wideband 02 sensor
