Recommendations for a 1988 GTU

I have a red 1988 RX-7 GTU with 140,000 miles.

I have some questions:

1.) What are a good set of wheels? I'm looking for some anthracite/gunmetal finish wheels, which the bodyside molding and emblems will be painted to match. I'm looking at Motegi MR7s (I got a price of about $95 a wheel for 16x7s), but I have heard some some people saying they're cheap. Well, I'm sure they are cause I can't afford to be spending $250 a wheel, but are they relatively light and made with quality?

2.) Since it's a 1988, it uses the 6PI actuators that run off exhaust backpressure. What exhaust setup would be best? I have no emissions testing where I live so I can go with a header and all. I like to make some noise but I don't want my ears to bleed, and I need the 6PI actuators to keep working cause I want to yank my air pump.

3.) Anyone know a good source for the black rubber OEM "bodykit"? I want to replace mine as the rubber has deteriorated but I haven't found this anywhere online.

Thanks

2. You can use either a Racing Beat or Mindtrain header. Both have accomodation for the ports. I've got a Mindtrain with single exhaust/turbo muffler. Nice deep sound without being unduly loud.

hmmm..

If you mean the black side modlings or areo kits both are available OEM. I think mazdatrix might have them too.

Note sure what those wheels look like, so if you have a picture that might help.

As far as exhaust, mabey the N1 with downpipe, presilencer, straight pipe, etc..

Note no cats makes my eyes water if I'm following you

Mazda surplus has the aero kits parts new (except for the drivers rear). http://www.mazdasurplus.com/

The also every couple of months put them on ebay. I picked up a new passengers rear aero kit part from them for only $35.

As far as wheels I would recommend something that was light weight. Anything over 20-25 lbs will affect the handling.

The racing beat power pulse pre-silencer also has provisions to activate the 5th/6th ports. It can be used with a NA down pipe or header.

Here are the wheels:

The wheels weigh 20 lbs each.

As for exhaust, I do want to stay with the dual outlets (don't like the single outlet look on FCs) but other than that I'm pretty open.
