Question Recipes to pass smog in Cali.

For a 2nd gen TII with E6K, To4B, FMIC, bigger secondary injectors, pulled off all emission stuff. I heard people passing smog with a vette electric air pump.
Besides going thru the trouble of putting all the emission stuff back can i run the vette pump and a high flow cat alone? What else is needed to pass the test. I know visual will be hard to come by.

you won't pass a visual at all...

but the vette pump will get you through the pipes test. just run the vette pump straight to the cat.

here is an install write up.

personaly I don't like that ACV hook up though. cause my test is on a roller and over 2500rpm. I'd rather just have a switch and turn it on a few mins before they start testing. you can't leave the pump on for more then 10 mins or so at a time as it'll burn out. the vette ecu turned it on and off for short times.
