Rebuilt motor won't idle at all

I recently rebuild and half-bridged my S4 T2. It has only like 140 miles on it right now. When I start the car or drive it around my foot has to be on the gas 24/7 and above 1k or it dies. Now I can get in the car and start it then have someone mess with the throttle cable and timing and get it idling, but then whenever I shut the car off and crank it back on it goes back to having to use the gas pedal to keep the car on.

I have no emissions on the car and block off plates.

THINGS I HAVE DONE OR CHECKED FOR: vaccum lines, intake lines, afm, intercooler piping, and I also noticed why looking for problems my main fuse is missing but seems to not hurt anything...

??

Did yo make sure to ground the test connector. this will put the ecu into Initial set mode and will allow you to set idle and when you unhook it, you're idle will stay consistent

I fixed it 10 mins ago, lol. I been outside working on it for hours. The tps wasnt getting punched in at all and throttle body levers and throttle connectors on the car is almost shot, so I hope to grab one this week.
