Rebuilt injectors, New PD, and NOW 3-7k hesitation

I already waded through 100's of threads searching. Found nothing like mine.

Before I rebuilt the injectors and replaced the PD with a new one I never had any hesitation problems, EVER. Now the car hesitates at WOT under boost, pretty badly. Completely random, never at the same RPM. Symptoms are the same from 9-12psi of boost. Car runs like a dream otherwise.

Car has a FD pump, New Fuel Filter, extra grounding wires.

So... why did this start when I replaced the PD and cleaned the injectors? I did nothing else! This is chapping my hide. It's got to be related, any ideas? What could I have not hooked up?

Loose ground wire to what? I have already taken it apart and put it back together 4 times to make sure I didn't forget anything. Intake manifold off and on in under 1 hour now.

I will check that again though.
