Rebuilding fuel injectors

I had my Tii injectors cleaned by KGParts but I wasnt sure about the grommets, o-rings, etc and we have an air leak at the primary injectors. And I'm not sure we didnt have debris in the fuel hardlines.

So I picked up their rebuild kit that includes the little screens, grommets, o-rings and pintle cap.

Two questions:

1) How do you pull out the filter screens?

2) How do you remove the pintle cap?

I'm guessing the pintles just pull off. filters look like I might need to screw a drywall screw in and pull it out.

Thanks

Oh, and why I'm thinking about it how do you pull the air bleeds out without ruining them? I bought new o-rings from Trix for them too.

In case you haven't figured it out, I think that taking off the UIM 15 times in a week is ENOUGH!
