Rebuilding engine, need help/opinions

As some of u kno I blew my engine on my 88T2, and instead of getting a jspec I decided to get a custom rebuild and street port. I'm buying some pre-ported housings (Racing Beat streetported) off a fellow RX7 owner so that good. What I'm also gonna do is put in some higher compression S5 rotors. I know I need the front and rear counterweights, but I read somewhere that all u need to do is "balance the whole assembly" whatever that means. My list of mods include: 3 1/4" exhaust, CAB intake, TB mod, fuel pump, light flywheel, BOV, Boost controller, bigger injectors, MSD 6a, ECU upgrade or standalone, FMIC or liquid to air intercooler. Also I'm getting the S5 turbo/manifold with a Stage 4 upgrade from http://www.lourdsmusic.com/bnrsupercars/turbo8991.htm So I just would also like to hear frum people who did this (S5 rotors/streetport) that are somewhat or heavily modded. Also would like to hear any other people opinion and any help. thx!

I've edited the post to remove the ".", so the link should work now...

Any reason why you want higher compression?&nbsp This is usually more headaches that it's worth...

Well, I just wanna do everything all at once that y i want the higher compression rotor. Also I was just reading over at Racing Beat that their higher compression rotors last longer and can go up to like 9000 RPM er something. What kinda problem do u think I would have with S5 rotor?

you want to use s5 turbo rotors and not the non turbo rotors. the na has a lot higher comression, that and a turbo are not really a great combo

Doesn't lower compression rotors give you more potential for more boost?

The S5 N/A rotors are lighter and allow higher revs, but 9.7:1 compression ratio, wouldn't that seriously limit the amount of possible pressure, to like 8 psi on pump gas?

It works great.... you make more power with less boost and you can rev higher. the amount of boost you can run is only determined by the apex seals and the corner seals ...etc.... The rotor is not going to explode or anything like that.
